What All Came With Your BMW Purchase?
Hey Guys,
I am doing a quick survey on After Sales Business. Basically any and all information that you have that you received after you purchased your car. Doesn't have to be BMW, it can be any and all luxury cars you or someone you know has bought recently. What did you receive in the mail? (surveys, DVD, welcome package etc) What stood out to you? Did maintenance come with your purchase price or did you pay for it on top of it? Review doesn't have to be a good one... just your actual experience and overall thoughts of after sales business they did with you. Thanks Gang! |

Well 2 BMW and 2 MB in the family and neat packages containing vehicle info and DVD (? not sure, didn't look closely) from BMW was nice. I like how BMW is sending me little things time to time. (travel promotion and such)
In other hand, I haven't recieved such packages from MB but only service emails from a dealer. And no, MB did not come with maintenance with purchase price. Things are costly with MB. |

I remember getting a book of DVD's, the BMW magazine, and a sketch about a year after purchase, the only other thing I got was an envelope every month asking for my payment

I don't think I received anything when I got my 1st BMW in 2004, it has been a week since I got my '09 E90,

BMW: Nothing with the car...... No floor mats, no gifts ...nothing from the dealer. BMWNA did send me floor mats (since they should of been included in my ED), I did get the DVD's and BMW magazine.
Recently Bought a New 2008 Subaru Legacy Limited as well: It came with winter and summer mats but nothing else. Bunch of surveys from Subaru & etc.... Mostly all I care is the price i pay for my cars and both of the cars were very close to their invoice prices.....that is all I care about... not the gifts & etc.  With the savings i can go buy all the mumbo jumbo.
