Brake pressure dropping

Hello all,

I have a e92 325i 2009 with 80k.

Recently when starting the car my the first few times I brake the pedal basically goes to the floor. Then after pumping the brakes it goes away but everytime I turn off the car i'm back to square one.

I don't really know whats going on? Has anyone else had this?

I'm hoping bleeding the brakes will help. Any idea's would be great, thanks.
