I'm trying to log into my bmw app and add my car. But before I can add it asks for salutation and then give me an Error, see picture. Anyone had this issue? Thanks!

I suggest waiting a couple hours then trying again... the web site seems to go down in the evenings sometimes, and the app is almost certainly talking to the same servers here

This happened to me. I had to make a completely new account using the website instead.

for me it's been like that since i've ever tried to add my ordered car in January.. i suppose that when i someday see my car i can add via the QR code. for now i just use the website
