E90 330D manual clutch upgrade
Hi folks, anyone know of any clutches that would be able to handle around 400-450 horsepower and 1000nm of torque in a pre lci M57 manual. Thanks

Power and torque are totally different - yes people run big power numbers on the 335i but the torque of a heavily modified 335i is much closer to the 600nm that Andy has quoted, rather than the 1000nm that you're looking at.

Yeah, thought so. I guess I'll have to see what my tuner says and how far we can push it. Will probably sell as it's not a very tidy car and buy an f30 or something of the sort. Cheers

Not sure if the n54 335is clutch would work for you.

nearly 700 nm on my 330d manual,it has a new clutch about 3 years ago,LUK and flywheel etc,but as said this is too much really,have to drive consideratley,ie if say im in 6th and doing 50/60 mph nad plant my foot,i will get rumble,,,i dont drive like that anyway,i always drop down gears etc
