m3 bonnet e92

does anyone know if the m3 bonnet with the vents will fit an e92 and any idea how much they cost. diesel gets very hot under the bonnet as there is so little air space between the engine and bonnet.

From what I have read on the US forums is that the M3 bonnet, wings, light mounts and front bumper need to be used as a package and cannot be used independently. I think that the bonnet is shorter or longer, can't remember which than a stock E92 version. BMW obviously do this to avoid swapping.

There's been a ouploe of e92 M3 bonnets in ebay just lately, wont help with fitting but might help keep the costs down to a reasonable level.

got the performance wheel gives you water temp but not oil. water temp is not high but under the bonnet the heat seems to habg around for hours after the car has stopped. probably just an excuse to get an m3 bonnet!!
