JB+ on G42 230i

Hey there!

I had a JB+ I used on my old F30 330i and was wondering if anyone knows whether I can use it on my G42 230i?
They're both B48 and I believe its been confirmed it can be used on the B58 of the G series M240i.
Since it's compatible with both B48 and B58 I'm inclined to believe it should also work with the G series 230i.

Thoughts?
