Just saw a Black M3 with anniversary badges parked up in Walgreens parking lot on Lincoln/Pico SM. Anyones car on here?

Why not? What's the point of having a nice car if you can't actually live life with it... just have a massively depreciating asset sitting around in the garage so you can feel great about how it hasn't got a single scratch or ding on it?

None of that comment means you have to park in a place that's asking for it to happen. I drive my car and hard, but I show some wisdom when picking a parking spot.
Just last night, I'm in my other vehicle at the supermarket car park on the phone. Someone parks to close, gets out and hits their door against my car. They just walk away. I got out and shouted them back so I could check it, and the female who done it is just laughing as though I'm crazy. These people probably like damaging a car like the one in this post.
The only way you can win is to not put yourself in that position.

Exactly! I've had many M cars over the last 20 years as my daily driver. Not one of them has ever had a door ding because I don't shove it between two cars at TJ Max.
