Whose got a manual?

I have decided I no longer need to be the fastest thing on the road, and miss having a manual. For those that have the manual, do you regret getting it? Do you still enjoy it?

If you want a manual, get the manual.

I have it and have no regrets.

If you highway cruise a lot then 80 mph @ 3000 rpm may not be your thing.

Most of my driving is city so it’s a non issue for me but something to think about.

I have a wrecked trackhawk (that I am hoping to mod the crap out of) when I want to go fast off the line, so I think I will go for the manual.

I was surprise how good the manual is in this car compared to my e92.
I love it, bump stop, CDV delete love it even more. Would not get Auto over this. I have auto 5 series for daily where I can fall asleep driving - lol
The best part I get to modulate the throttle/gear as I'd like. Downshifts could not be better

Manual all the way. Shifts started feeling better after a couple thousand miles.

Auto rev match when I haven't had my morning coffee yet is the only active driving assist I need.

I have a manual G82 and am glad I opted for it. Honestly, the whole reason I got an M car is because I could not get an M340i in a manual. I didn't need the 4 doors and the M4 was easier to snag than the M3, so here I am with a manual M4.

I needed to add a clutch stop and do a CDV delete on my E92 to get things how I wanted them. For me...the M4 feels fine right out of the box and I intend to keep things as they are.

Have the manual and love it - this car is already ridiculously fast and it's just way more fun - plus we may as well enjoy the manuals while they're still selling them!

That was the #1 reason I got the M3. Might be last of a kind.

Loving my M3. I've got like 700 miles or so. The shifting out of 1st, off of a cold start is pretty rough.
Otherwise I can't get enough of it.

Manuals can be *almost* (not quite) as fast as the Competition tuned:

Yeah stock is not the fastest car around, even a Camaro SS would be a bit faster, but after Tune/JB4, these cars are beasts.
