Remove blanking plate in corner vents.

So Australian cars don't get the cooling package and the front corner vents are blocked just wondering if anyone was able to remove them or do we need to replace the whole vent aftermarket or OEM?

That’s strange. Us 240m models, even base, have radiators there. 230 don’t. You can remove the cover easily. But grid should be installed instead.

Did you pop the corner out or remove the bumper 1st?

You can do either way. But at first, locker removal.
