Car goes over little bumps and sounds like explosion and feels super hard

Hello

So ever since I got this car when I go over even a small bump in road or even a tiny pothole the rear of the car hits so damn hard and such a loud bang. So I was okay with it, but now I'm on my 2nd set of rims and they have got so many cracks in now. The first set had a loud of cracks in that's why had to get new. Now I don't want to get new rims again just to have them crack again. It's got to be the suspension, has anyone got any advice please

Sounds like you need new shocks / struts!
