Replace rear fake vents M340ix

Does anyone know if you can replace the little fake vents in the rear of a m340i with a red reflector?
I am referring to the part that is black in the photo - circled.
Kind of like the new M3 has.
Anyone know where I can get one?

Never seen a retro for the rear faux vents, but that does not mean there is not any available options.

Thanks but I specifically need a red reflector for that fake vent. I no longer have the default red reflector (the horizontal one above) as have used that for something else.

I'm also going after this look, the rear should've came this way stock. IND sells painted reflectors but I can't find any aftermarket reflector vents. I suppose you could 3D print the reflector vents, which is what I'm planning on doing.

Anyone found a reflector to replace the fake vents?
The original reflectors I have removed and blacked out, so am looking to change the fake vent.
Looking for these to fit 2020 M340i G20 sedan.
