The G42 M240i sounds better than this at full throttle, hopefully they are still tweaking the exhaust.

I assume that's because it has to comply with the new European sound regulations.

But ..... there will be an easy fix: a catted downpipe, which for a relatively small investment will open things up, increase power and let you hear the engine in all its glory, while still complying with emissions regulations!

Several companies make them. I've got one from Fabspeed. Wagner and others are also going to be available. One of our forum sponsors (Extreme Powerhouse) will have all the options.

And if you want I'm sure there will be several exhaust options too.

NA cars will have a louder exhaust since they won't come with particulate filters. They'll also have slightly more HP since the exhaust isn't as restrictive.

I will, by no means, disagree with you. I was more referring to the M2 jumping back on the racing line after letting the GT3RS pass.

I wonder if these are the same cars given to influencers last month? That would mean the multicolored wrap is a 6 speed and the black and white is the auto. One thing I did notice is that the downshifts on the black and white car were really slow in some places, I wonder if they are still tuning the transmission? Can we please get some info leaks and maybe some more pictures? Thanks BMW, if you're listening.
