New IND front reflectors installed

Ordered these painted reflectors from IND and they shipped the same day! They arrived very quickly and very well packaged. Getting the old reflectors off was definitely a real struggle. I held the heat gun a little too close trying to warm the adhesive and ended up melting the bumper paint in a tiny spot. Luckily I just scraped off where the paint blistered and touched up with some touch-up paint and it looks fine but now I know going forward...

Anyways, the reflectors look amazing. They really change the appearance of the front of the car. Just ordered the blackout 330I badge for the rear so I'll look forward to installing that!

Thanks! Have you installed the rear ones? They look good but I'm a little nervous - anytime I try to do an upgrade on my car I usually screw something up (see note above; melted paint with heat gun lol), scratched my trunk lid getting adhesive off old from old spoiler etc...

Yes, I have the rear reflectors installed. IND has a pretty decent install video but I can state from personal experience the install can be a pain. All that is required is basic hand tools and a little bit of patience. Any questions let me know.

Looks good. I'm planning to paint mine to match. $27 for factory-match paint vs $129

Will post pics. I've used www.automotivetouchup.com for factory-match paints on my Z06, and other vehicles. Perfect match every time.

Wish I would have known this a few months prior!! If so, I would have painted my own reflectors!
