Eibach Springs in North America?

Has anyone been able to buy M240i Eibach springs here in the US yet? Their office is literally 5 minutes away from my work office, but when I called to ask, the sales lady had no idea what I was talking about.

You can order them from R44 or Motech in the UK. I’ve had them on my car for a few months now.

I ended up with Eibach springs after lack of availabilty of MSS and other factors and they are as you would expect, just perfect
Not for those who want to slam the car as the drop is quite conservative but the ride quality and handling is superior to stock.

That’s great to hear! Mine just arrived today from the UK, looking to install them sometime next week. I used to daily a slammed car for years, but I’m not about that life anymore lol. Just looking to close up the gap a little.

Mine still have some settling to do and anticipated further drop of around -5 - 6mm
Some photos for reference
You will no doubt really enjoy these springs

Should've told me.
I shipped to Australia.
Here is one of my customer G42 with MSS.

But to answer the thread topic, Eibach been MIA from car market. They've been concentrating hard in truck market.

Just for clarity the other factors I mentioned were that the -30mm drop was not needed for this car, like many here I've had plenty of lowered cars and have used MSS on several cars (also Eibach) I could have bought a set here, the Australian Distributor is not only very active but a friend. I was also a filler here for him until he took over and I know William from MSS UK quite well.

Freight to Australia in these times is expensive and difficult and there's limited stock of everything which is one of the reasons I didn't take a set as they are hard to get due to shipping delays and be quite frank I was on the fence anyway between Eibach and MSS.

Eibach are extremely well represented here and are very popular and I could not really be happier with the setup. As we all know too, Eibach supply the springs to MSS.

Either way you can't go wrong with Either MSS or Eibach and I know that Eibach's have been tested since the latter part of last year and signed off.

KWs are really the most popular HAS kit here but I don't think they do anything yet for this platform and I don't think anyone has mentioned them yet in other posts.

Both manufacturers have the worst websites so rely on your local Distributor for the best advice.
To the best of my knowledge MSS kits are the same as the G80 M3 and work for all G3 and 2 series. They may have individual SKUs if a variation in a component is used.
Looks like RG Sport is the most involved in USA

Eibach website does not even list the 2 series but has tested and certified a set but also has a variant of a front spring offering a -5mm lower experience. I't s a call to your local Distributor (In Australia it's Eibach Australia- John - MSS is Performance Brands - Oscar)

Do these springs also reduce body roll? Looking for a stiffer setup for track days.

They do just that without compromising comfort
Mine have settled to just the right height now and the ride quality is better than stock and handling improved quite some.

Been happy with the Eibach springs so far. Combined with 13mm/15mm spacers, the stance is definitely better. This was right after rolling out of the shop, so it has settled a little bit more since then.

Exact setup I'll be going with.

Have the spacers in hand

Can you post some front/rear pics as well?

Are there any known benefit of getting the Eibach springs over H&R?

Having had both I'd go for Eibach every time. More conservative and compliant> H&R were harsh, lower and more aggressive.

If you want ride comfort with a good stance and use as a daily you can't go past Eibach. For a lower ride and more aggressive stance with ride quality not such a priority H&R

This is my first time having a car with adaptive suspension so please excuse my ignorance lol. When you change the suspension to sport, what exactly changes? Obviously it stiffens it up but way exactly gets stiffened? And if you toss in something like the Eibach springs, are you still able to stiffen/soften that? Thanks in advance!

Thank you. It was a car I really loved but it's gone now. With Eibach..
Ride comfort is way better than stock as is handling

I can't answer on a comparison with Cobra as I've always stayed mainstream and believe that Eibach pretty much set the benchmark for springs where ride comfort is compliant and handling improved. I've found others like H&R to me more aggressive, lower and not as good for daily driving.

To all those who are interested in the Eibach Pro kit for our G42, this is the one that I ordered from Germany. It's the best price that I found online and their international shipping (for those of us in the USA) is very decent at just $39. I received the springs within a week of placing my order via UPS.
