Does this damage the gears or clutch? It feels normal. I feel so bad that I'm now double clutching everywhere like its gonna save some life ahahh. Im at 215,000 miles. 330i still drives awesome and i have Motul gear 300 racing oil in it.

If it feels fine...it's fine.

I don't think it will make a difference, and totally understand the feeling. No worries...

Grinding gears isn't nearly as bad as it sounds.

Prematurely letting go when we get too excited happens to the best of us.
