Two wheel tow on awd car issues?
I was wondering if anyone knew the potential extent of getting a xdrive car towed across the lot. Last night I chose an empty lot next to where my friends were hanging (obviously cause everywhere was full) and almost got fully towed. Had the instinct to move it about 5 minutes too late and they had my car lifted by the rear wheels and dragged across the lot. Granted it was a short drag but my mind cringes at the thought of what happened to the transfer case or differentials when two wheels were stationary.
Thank god the apes didn't leave with it… still f'ing cost me but I'll be damned if that is all I'll be able to wonder about all weekend, "how much damage did those idiots cause???"

It'll be fine.
As long as the distance traveled was short. Across a parking lot at low speed won't do any damage.
