Weird electrical problems
I have a 2007 e93 335i. I just recently replaced the alternator because I was having some problems with voltage output. After doing so, I now have the ABS trifecta and inoperable wipers and turn signals with a CD95 code. I'm not sure where I should begin to diagnose. I didn't think it was possible for the FRM to partially fail.

Check your battery terminals.
Went down a similar path with voltage fluctuation errors and CAN bus communication errors between a bunch of modules. Popped in a regulator, then an alternator. No help. Turned out my negative battery terminal was loose. There is a thread documenting my shame around here somewhere.

Turns out I must have disconnected fuse 59 (car is 06 of 07 prod. date), which is the steering column controls, and forgotten about it. I bought a new one, slapped it in, turn signals, wipers all work, and it also got rid of the ABS trifecta. Seems like it's a one off event, but otherwise hope this might help somebody, lol.
