I do leatherwork as a hobby https://hyde-seek-leather.company.site/, that is my design and made by me

That starts off as natural veggie tan leather, I do the dying and finishing of the leather, the out layers are treated for water. There are 3 colors in the M, the 2 blues are a bit harder to see in the M. The middle Blue in the M is the same blue on the edges. Every hole is hand punched and hand stiched with needle and thread using the saddle stitch. It will outlast the car.

It is clearer in person, but you may be able to see the 2 different blues in the M better in this pic.

Thanks for the compliment. I make stuff when I have time, just enjoyment. If I have another leather I've used to make another item and that leather is approproite, I could make an item I've already shown in that leather, but that is about it for custom.

I did everything myself, I have no issue taking cars apart. Here is a good video what is involved for the paddle shifters,

, I got an error from unplugging the air bag, even with the car powered down for 30 min and then disconnected the power, Cleared it with bimmer link.

I bought most of the parts through https://paddleshifterz.com/, saved lot even with shipping from Germany.

I just did paddles, it's not hard but it's a little bit of a struggle to find the 2 points to release the airbag since you are doing it blindly and feeling around with a screw driver. Paddle install itself is simple once the airbag is off.
