AC 11 KW wallbox Charging problem in hot weather above 34 - 35 degrees.

Hello,
I am having trouble charging my 2021 model IX3 with AC 11 KW wallbox in hot weather above 34 - 35 degrees. I get a warning that it cannot be charged, contact the service. The charging speed drops and after a while the charging stops completely, it gives a warning that it cannot be charged. I don't get this alert when the air temperature drops. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Sorry to hear about your problems. A can say with some certainty that this is not going to be a problem experienced in the UK!

Well, in fact you did have similar temperatures a couple of weeks ago.

To OP:

Try a different charger as a start. If the problem is still there, there might be an issue with the cooling system on the car.

Have you done the 03/2022 update (currently available at the dealer only to my understanding)? In the previous software versions there was a recall which caused the cooling system not to function properly.
