Finally picked her up this weekend. I guess I just missed the stop order. Here are some general thoughts:
Additions:
Removed x drive badge and original and added black badging
Put black m badging on sides (I know this is not popular but that’s fine)
Tint to be done tomorrow
Car applicant done at purchase time
M door locks
Pros:
Car is very smooth surprisingly
Interior is elegant
Idrive 8-wasn’t sure but actually like it. Graphics are awesome and climate not too bad to use
Steering feels fine
Breaking feels fine
Areas for improvement:
Hard to reach seat belt (minor)
Cannot figure out auto climate
Idrive already showing fingerprints as dial cannot be used for everything

Overall, I am in break in period but car is great. Love the looks and the driving feel

Looks great! Keep a microfiber towel in the car to keep that big screen clean

Hey awesome color awesome combo as well I really like the cognac I keep a microfiber wedge between passenger seat and the center console I be been using chemical guys interior cleaner not greasy

very nice! how does your upper dash light up (or does it have lighting) with the m colors on it?

Thanks. Yes m lighting on doors and dash. Dash does not fully match the trim near shifter but doesn’t bother me

Why would UK bound M240i’s have them standard and not the US cars?

When I ordered my car I thought they were standard since they were all over UK YouTube content. I ordered a black set thinking I would swap the stock ones. I hit status 165 ready for transport yesterday!

Not sure. I know some think it is tacky as they say it is tacky as they do not think it is a true m car. I think, especially with the purple and black accents, that is goes nicely. Plus was only like 50 bucks
