It was running when I took it apart, I was running into some vibration that I didn't like at cold starts and attributed it to the stock harmonic balancer.
I have a FLUIDAMPR one anyway, uninstalled.

The paint on the roof of the car is bubbling and off color slightly. May be due to glue from the vinyl wrap. Car doesn't have any body damage. The tape seen on that fender is just a covering while doing the suspension.

Edit I've been working on getting it running last couple days, fluidampr is installed, more to come.

Pavel looking at car today, engine is cranking pointing to dme or fuel? He knows more about it than me at this point, will let you know, he's testing the dme right now at an independent shop.

Is he conducting ppi? How much time are you allowing for him?
