Bmw e90 junkyard amp

Found another amp just incase if mines ever go out. Its a logic 7 one just like the one I have. If i plug the connectors in and turn on the car to hear the music, that should be enough to know it works right? Or should I listen to the amp fans running?

Impossible to not turn it on since it runs the alarms.
Amp is always on from the moment you open the doors.
Usually they work just buy turning them on but in some cases
the need a firmware update to run with the car .

OMG IT WORKS! I have a spare amp. That connector is one hard thing to take off. Any tips?. The one next to fiber optic that gives the amp power?

Logic 7 is a slide connector . Slides to one side to lock and unlock.
But how could you not know this if you tested it.
