NEW HPFP and swapped injectors multiple times, still same issues

Okay so, I recently swapped my hpfp since I continue to have idling issues and misfire codes from 1 and 3 and sometimes it's 123 or sometimes it all cylinders. After install car ran the same but after clearing code and resetting adaptions car ran way better and could give it aggressive throttle no issues or even light throttle with no issues. Installed everything just fine no fuel leaks or anything of the sort that could cause issues.
I've tested low pressure fuel pump and it's running fine, lpfs is all good, no dme issues, injectors aren't leaking.
The only thing I had an issue was with the fuel pump control module fuse staying in but after bending the connectors it never slipped out or lost connection and is receiving proper voltage
I do not have secondary cats on my car because they were stolen(no idea if this would cause issues but wanted to note that)
I'm at a stump and can't figure out why it's still doing the same thing with HPFP
