The M Performance Carbon ducts are way different from stock.

Not only are they CF, but they protrude into the opening, covering up all the paint of the intake port. Not sure if this makes it look better or worse.

Looks better. Always thought the side intakes were too chunky looking, the CF inserts make them look slimmer. Question is will they be sold alone or do you need to buy a whole kit to get them.

Very nice! But if the GXX M3/4 versions are anything to go by, they will be incredibly expensive.
