[PP3121]

After watching a video or two demonstrating how to lift the wipers of the windscreen, I cannot seem to make it work.

A few questions:
Is the key needed to perform this operation?

As others have mentioned, the car stays in standby mode after it is turned off. According to the video, must be shut down. Car will not completely shut down if I am still inside (actually key is inside) in order to run the operation.

Any support would be greatly appreciated as winter seems to be arriving early! Not ready for it this year!
