BMW Accesories?
My 2023 m240i is ready for transport. In anticipation of its arrival, what BMW accessories do all of you veterans recommend?
I will have the carbon fiber duck spoiler port installed I got a tow hook license plate holder and a rear plate holder. I’m getting winter wheels and tires I live in Chicago’s downtown and have a garaged space. It will be a 4 season car: BMW all season mats? Key fob covers? Anything else people have really liked or found useful? |

The only BMW accessories that I added to my build were all weather floor mats and wheel locks.
You can see other mods in my build thread in the Photos section |

Would you mind listing what else you have put on? I should be picking up my car in the next few days, and I also have the carbon front lip, spoiler etc waiting for it.

Tuxmats all weather mats are pretty fantastic. Much better coverage the the BMW all weather in my x3.
Maybe ceramic coating? |

I’m chiming in as I’m in a similar boat, car should arrive within a month and I’m starting purchases now.
On the immediate todo list is: - bmw m performance CF spoiler (port installed) - remove x drive badge - black m240i badge - EOS tow hook front plate (anyone have one of these?) - TLG mud flaps - Tux Mats (would prefer if the dead pedal wasn’t covered but oh well) Need to research more but also want to do: - black m badges to replace wherever else the silver ones are to be found - quad exhaust pipes (alibaba ones seem to wear quickly, r44 have weird logo, open to suggestions) Expensive but want to do: - m performance exhaust / catback - new rims / summer tires If anyone has any suggestions for me I’m open to em. Looking to do mostly winter prep and cosmetic improvements at first as they’re cheaper. Considering side winglets and a front splitter (autoid but shipping to US eats up the sale pricing) |

I have the TLG mudflaps and a sly bracket license plate front mount, both are great!

I was going to remove the OEM M240 badge and replace it with a black one, but I actually like the colour of the OEM on my Portimao Blue car, so I will be keeping it OEM.
My car is in the shop now getting carbon bits and PPF fitted so will post pics later when I get it back. |

I did order the BMW winter mats. The tux mats looked nice, but they are more substantial than I need.
I also ordered a winter tire package and 50th anniversary center caps for them, https://www.getbmwparts.com/oem-part...15a63c80?c=az0 Now, I need the car to get on a ship to the U.S. I still need to pick up the black m240i badge |

That aluminum piece really looks out of place there.
