Hey guys. Had a small accident about a month ago and my car is in the shop. The one part that is on back order is the piece outlined in the picture. I can’t for the life of me figure out what it is in the fully assembled air intake. It’s called Cover Left 517189, part number 51-11-8-098-179. Any ideas?

It could be the plastic protector grill in front of the radiator.
Somewhat more visible on my picture below.

Figured it out. The euro spec models have a piece that goes inside that air intake. You can see it blocks the view of the rad/intercooler on the triangle.
