This just happened to me today on my 22 230i. I noticed my passenger mirror position is not where it used to be when I started the car, at first I thought maybe I accidentally touched the mirror adjustment button so I move the mirror back to a comfortable position and drove to the supermarket. After I parked my car I notice the mirror is again out of its original position. Usually, when I put the car in reverse the mirror moves directly up and down but now it occasionally moves left or right before it moves down, and when it comes back up there is no left or right movement, and is out of its original position

Did anyone ever encounter similar issues?

Did you use a different key? Digital key or fob? Could have been a different profile?
