It was posted last night that the non HEA allocation total was 159 for the entire Country. That does not qualify as plenty..

I guess it really depends on your personal perspective

Considering there’s not a lot of cars in the first place I would say that plenty have been modified by first adopters

Doesn't surprise me at all. I never believed we'd see them rolling in the next couple of weeks.

it’s pretty awkward how there have been NO reviews of this car in its production spec even now—-and it’s very very slow rollout has been very anti-climactic in many ways. Not sure what BMW was thinking—-they lost so much energy in the process.

What pisses me off about how long this has taken to roll out is the M3 CS was announced like what, a month ago or something? Some stores are already getting allocations for them before M2 allocations and the M2 was announced going on half a year ago. Wtf!

I totally agree, but this seems to be their MO lately. Everything is drawn out wayyyyyy too much, in my opinion at least, to the point where I forget about the car for long stretches of time.

I am not a marketing person, but this seems to be a poor result.

Posted this in a different thread yesterday but worth repeating here.

I predict the embargo on reviews will be lifted on April 4th using deductive reasoning. The G80/2 launch date was March 13th, 2021 which was a Saturday. The embargo on them was lifted on March 9th which was a Tuesday. G87 launch is April 8th which is also a Saturday and April 4th is the Tuesday before launch. Again, this is just a guesstimate. Stay tuned.

Or everyone here is following each car release too closely, making it seem like it’s been a long time when in reality, it’s the same time frame as any M release after the base car.

The F30 was first launched early 2012, the M3 was launched late 2013/early 2014? Seems like the M2 is within the same time frame? The other M cars should be similar.

Sometimes too much information is a bad thing, this scenario is an example of this.

Long waiting lists and long waits.............fail eh? Try order a Ferrari. Longer waits lol. Longer lists and insane profit. Nothing smells like failure more than money LOL.
