You are basically paying $700 for a $230 piggyback tune, plus $1,000 for the insurance.

I'd go with a Jb4 instead

Much more advanced, with constant updates for a fraction of the price.

In this case you are paying warranty and for european cars TUV approval, so you can include it in papers and avoid insurance issues or emissions issues.

Similar options from AC Schnitzer and others are about same price.

For sure there are cheaper options, JB4 or even ECU tune. Even options that include engine warranty like racechip, but for some markets, TUV and emissions approval are really important here in Europe.
