Both my wife and I actually like the wrap on the performance parts car. I'm not saying I would do it but it is cool looking.

Love the wrap, but it looks like it crashed into a JC Whitney warehouse full of discontinued items. All the tack on trim is way too much.

And yes, I clicked, saw the flashy M2, attention of 5 seconds, then skipped to end, saw more camera panning around car (1 second), and I closed the video. Probably not good for the stats. So much for the thumbnail. But it hands here on front page, gets the clicks.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the same thing that happened with the G8x M3/M4 happens with the M2.
Nobody want it at the beggining because it was ‘ugly’, but after they were in the dealers and reviews started coming out, you couldn’t get your hands on one.

I guess it’s much better than the two Chinese videos they posted the other day that nobody can understand unless of course you’re in China or speak Chinese

The interesting thing is that we’ve now accepted that a car could look better in real life after being displeased with seeing the initial photos / videos. Not knocking you but I noticed this becoming a common theme for the G8x platform. For me personally if it isn’t love at first sight then it isn’t my cup of tea. It’s like me looking at a 992 and not lusting for it on first glance.

Yeah we will probably warm into the look or not though I have warmed into the G80/82 when I just so happen to see the grille swapped out which scrolling through my IG feed it’s what most owners tend to do.

IDK, the reaction to the G87 has been way more positive than the G80. I already much preffer the G87 design over the G80, still on the fence about that one. I was 100% F87 and loved mine, but I'm glad I sold it, the G87 is going to be awesome ( save the stupid screen). I just hope it isn't super quiet like all new cars.
