Yeah but how many pounds does this save on the track?

I just don't see the value. Makes little visual difference to me.

The antenna cover made of aramide fiber-reinforced plastic is an optical and functional highlight on the car roof. Due to the fact that aramide fibers and carbon fibers look extremely similar, this product completes the “carbon” look on cars with the carbon package or other carbon exterior components. The function of the antenna is maintained as aramide delivers high permeability for electromagnetic waves. Carbon, on the other hand, has a shielding effect and cannot be used for antenna covers.

I actually think it looks good as body color to offset the look on top of the cf roof. If it bothers owners that much, it can always be wrapped, much cheaper than the M Performance part, to any color or pattern one wants. |
