E92 iDrive Oil level glitch?

Hi everyone! So I have a '11 e92 335is and my problem here is that the oil level always at max, even though when it has low or under low oil(it was checked several times). We changed the oil level sensor, but the problem remained. Could it be a glitch, like it is frozen at max? Any ideas what could I do?

How did you check if it was low? Did you drain it and measure?
