Alpha-N Kit Coming for G87 M2

Trunk looks sick! I’m gonna be broke by the time my car gets here ☹️

Alpha-N stuff is insanely expensive, but excited to see options for mods on this car.

IND has a bunch on their site. Pricing is insane.

Wow, $4295 for a trunk and $4295 for a hood. Just those 2 puts you at $8600 over whatever you paid for the car, almost 15% of the total cost... Not to mention install if you don't do it all yourself. I'd probably put the extra $10k into getting an M3...

As much as I'd love some of this stuff...can't justify the price anymore. Plus once you start going down that rabbit hole there's no stopping.

And dont forget the potential fitment issues for aftermarket body parts.

The high end stuff tends to not have issues but you're right it's possible.

Nice. The integrated duck tail gives the rear end a more balanced look top to bottom. The bottom bumper just overwhelms the rear view and the little stock spoiler did nothing to bring your eyes up. And... it will fit the M240i too

Yeah I could never justify their price tag.
But I’m excited to see cheaper CSL trunk alternatives and the eBay special versions lol

Rolling R&D cost into the price. I bet profit margin on first 500 sold is still greater than 50%. Free country though...

On the website it has "it only weighs 11.5lbs vs the 19.5lbs of the factory trunk lid."

It also comes unpainted. I don't know how much it would cost for a quality paint job on it, but factor that into the cost.

Dang, the cost to weight savings ratio isn’t there for me to pull the trigger on something like this.

I’m gonna be broke by the time my car gets here ☹️

I just told my wife real enthusiasts buy mods BEFORE their allocation, she explained I’d need new housing if I bought anything lol

TBH, she's a smart woman. We need boundaries, or we'd choose mods over food or the kid's tuition.

I just had the holes from my wing fixed and repainted my OEM trunk, it was $500.

It looks a bit more aggressive than the M2CS ducktail.
