Pic in sig help

into my sig and try to save this: There are no subscribed threads to display in this folder for this time period. comes up.. what the heck am I doing wrong???

No matter what I do the sig pic doesn't appear in my previous threads.

If do didn't have a sig in your previous posts, the pics will not show in those posts.
