AWE Catback Exhaust on 435i Gran Coupe

I want to purchase and install an AWE Catback Exhaust on a 435i Gran Coupe. Has anyone installed an AWE Catback exhaust on a 435i Gran Coupe? Did it fit?

Don’t see why it wouldn’t.

Their website lets you select your car (including the GC) and it will tell you what systems of theirs fit.

I suggest obtaining written confirmation from AWE. The Gran Coupe's length differs from the coupe and sedan, which means the exhaust may fit but could be too short.

The 4-series GC and Coupé are same overall length of 182.6”. (Same wheelbase of 110.6” too.)
The 3-series sedan is a tad shorter length at 182.0”.
The GC exhaust fitment might be different for some other reason as I’ve personally noted several exhaust brands indicating either different part#s between the Coupé and GC fitments, or else saying their exhaust fits Coupé but not GC…

Yeah, AWE told me I may need exhaust tip extensions for their exhaust to fit the Gran Coupe. A lot of aftermarket exhausts say they fit F30/F32 but not F36.

I suspect it’s due to a different body cavity location underneath where the muffler body sits up in on a GC. I believe that cavity is slightly more forward on the GC (likely due to the hatch).

Their support staff has been super responsive when I email/call them so if you're trying to verify with them that wouldn't take too long.
