misfire shadow code???

I have a shadow code on MHD
“ 140011-Misfire: fuel injection deactivation” i changed the plugs few months ago and just changed coils. only mod is a catless dp with no tune. what could be the issue for my misfire?

If its a shadow code just clear it and see if it comes back. The misfire could have been from anything
