Modified M2 G87 is Finally Ready for the Road

As soon as we found out we were lucky enough to get the HEA we went to work planning this project. When it came to planning this thing I was fortunate to have a friend in Felix Balines who took his M expertise and went out on his own last year partnering with Gregg’s Classics and Performance in Durham, NC where he works on just about any make and model on the road. One thing is for sure, Felix is an M genius. Anyway, this project was his brainchild, I told him just to do his thing. Today at Cars and Coffee in Morrisville we had the unveiling. I hadn’t even seen it until today, let alone driven it. Needless to say, we ended up with an epic one of a kind result. I realize this car doesn’t fit everyone’s taste, but love or hate the G87, you’ll have to look pretty hard to find a build like this in the near term. Hope you enjoy.

Yes sir. Love the heft. Throws are super short definitely more firm than stock.

How did you get the M Performance Steering wheel with a 6spd? The only one anyone is selling is for auto.

Yeah, same here on the heft. I have their titanium V1 and assumed it would fit the G87 no problem but it's nice to see confirmation.

Thanks. Certainly pleased the way it turned out.

As for the steering wheel, it's the same one used in the G80 manual.

Fronts 20x10 ET is 11 and rears are 20x11 ET is 21-22. Tires are 285/30/20 and 295/30/20.
