n55 slightly rough idle + random cylinder 3 misfires plz help

As the title reads i have been experiencing a slightly uneven idle when in neutral, I can feel vibrations in the steering wheel and seat however the rpm needle is steady.

I scanned for codes and the only code that i get is from the vanos (see pics) i have tried swaping the vanos selonoids however the code stays the same and only pops up after a couple days of driving.

I also experienced a random cylinder 3 misfire maybe 5 times in the last 2 months and each time i feel the car shaking and the check engine starts flashing but when i rev the car to 2k rpm when misfiring its as smooth as butter and only shakes at low rpm, After about 5 mins of driving the check engine disappears and the misfire is gone. I have replaced cylinder 3 and 4 injectors with brand new ones spark plugs are also brand new and i tried swapping the coils around and that did not fix it. I even checked the compression and everything is within spec.

lately i have also been experiencing a slightly longer crank than usual and sometimes the engine cranks for about 3 to 4 seconds and this only happens on a cold start.

I have also recorded the rail pressure because i have noticed that the pressure is below the set point at idle when i can feel the vibrations and when hold the revs at 2k the pressure is slightly higher than the setpoint and then its smooth.
