I might have shorted the DME

I was working of the Reflex wiring and forgot to unplug the battery. Now there’s a bunch of codes showing up. I’m most interested in the CAN errors. Which component in ISTA can I use to diagnose? Appreciate it if you guys could give me some advises on where to start.

Update:
All of the error codes were caused by the Reflex. I extended the ground wire on the Reflex with a slightly thicker gauge. I guess the system didn't like it. DME CAN error codes are gone but MHD001 is still present along with

121532 - Charging pressure, ambient pressure: implausible with each other, pressure too high.
213601 - Power management: Standby current violation

DME shadow codes:
121521 - Boost pressure sensor. Multiple fault.

*I think it has something to do with the boost pressure and the ambient temp sensor.

Update:
Everything is working now. I cleaned the boost sensor per code 121532. Updated the Reflex to the latest firmware and reflashed the map with latest MHD version.
