To keep it short and brief just got a ‘23 g80 about two weeks ago and was looking into lowering springs and couldn’t find any that I would like to use so therefore I had contacted EMD Auto to see if they sell lowering springs for g8x and unfortunately they don’t. Having their springs on my f82 was a perfect drop and ride quality for me personally. So they offered me if they can use my car as a test trial to see if they can make the f8x springs work on the G8x chassis. If they don’t work then they will begin the process to release springs for the g8x. Will keep updated.

They make some great stuff for the Audi world, I've been using EMD for five or six years now for all my cars. Looking forward to what they come up with!

Update: got the car back about a hour ago! F8X springs work pretty good for the G8X. Ride quality is great. The drop and fitment is amazing! They told me they will be releasing springs for the G8X within 1-2 months. They have to do some little revisions for the new springs but nothing crazy. Will upload pictures later! One little downside is that the back tire on the driver side kinda rubs a little bit on some deep dips but they told me to come in tomorrow to see if they are gonna add some camber or a smaller spacer since I got spacers added as well!

I would think the G8x needs more a lot more spring rate. But, who cares about performance anymore people just want to hard park these days.
