Boost way below target - Log attached

So I have been throwing some codes (120308 primarily) due to the boost pressure being too low. I also occasionally get a drivetrain error, no loss of power though. I thought there was a leak in the chargepipe, I replaced it with aluminum one, however I have seen no change..... Boost solenoid is also new.

Here is a link to a 4th gear pull:

If I had a boost leak, would the STFT and WGDC show variances?

Any help appreciated!

Yes, stock turbo. Tune is BM3 Stage 1 93. And PWG.

I plan to check out the turbo->IC today for a potential leak.

Not sure what else you are looking for, it definitely looks like a boost leak. You can't really interpret WGDC on PWG since its not a 0-100 value like EWG. Did you try flashing back to stage 0/stock to see what it does? The boost target also looks strange as something weird happens at 4474 RPM

I went through everything and checked every pipe and connection, cleaned and re-attached. I don't have a smoke/boost tester, I may just pay a shop to do that. Did end up removing vanos solenoids, cleaning and swapping them, got a CEL at startup for cold start adjustment. Though I cleared it, did not come back.

But here is what is interesting, flashed back to stock and boost targets are right on point. Will drive the next few days and monitor.
