I haven't but my dad installed one on his Tundra TRD Pro, it's got an app also to make on the fly changes, but it works very well.

Had the race chip version on another BM. May it gave a placebo effect or may be it did minimally reduced throttle delay. I haven’t bought another one so perhaps that answers your question?

I have a SprintBooster on my G42 and it was night and day different then without it. The dead zone in the throttle pedal is pretty much gone at the highest setting.

Throttle remap controller

So let's say you car delivery one to one output in stock form, you get 50% output if your gas pedal is on 50%

The controller can change that so you get earlier, making the car a lot more responsive, or it can change it to lower the response and significantly helping with MPG

The controller does not add any power, making the car more fun.

But doesn’t eco pro mode reduce throttle response and sport+ increase throttle response already? Maybe I’m not understanding this correctly.

First let me start off with I'm 49 years old and I drive probably 30,000 miles a year, I drive very conservative until it's time not too. So I removed the Pedal Commander last night and all I can say is WOW. It really does make a Butt difference, I feel like you need to press the pedal down more than a 1/4 before it really responds. I understand you get No horsepower with this unit but it physically feels like you have more Boost because you don't even have to touch the pedal. Again the reason for my post was it feels like I'm getting more turbo spool 3/4 throttle than smashed to the floor. Almost feels like I'm losing from Air or Fuel at full throttle if that makes sense

Aren’t these things the equivalent of just pushing down the gas pedal further.

For example without one 50% throttle is gas pedal halfway down. With these pedal dohickes you get 50% throttle at only 25% pedal depressed.

So save money and just press the pedal down further.

Pretty much but take, for example, your sport mode.

When you put the car in that mode, it's more responsive and more fun to drive; you can keep it in the normal mode and accelerate faster.

You also get more control over exactly how you want the throttle response to be for 100% fit your driving style.

These things have their skeptics, but surprisingly, if you check on the forums, throttle remap modules are highly rated by customers.

I was a skeptic before, while I see no need in my case to get one for the BMW, I did get one for a 4Runner. The mapping from the factory on the 4Runner was such a dog, no mild mod helped, I had at the time fitted the TRD intake, TRD exhaust, but still left unimpressed.

I first tried the PC, it was ok, it did help the pedal response/input quite a bit from stock, but the wireless connection was not bullet proof, while I do not switch between modes on the fly, the potential loss of connection became a concern.

I then switched to the Sprint Booster, it does similar job, not as cosmetically pleasing, but also at a fraction of the size, hard-wired, no wireless, less to go wrong. And this has been installed on the 4R for 4 years without any issue. Highly recommended in this specific application.

Garage List
I have sprint booster which is pretty much the same thing. For those that say yes I just stomp of the pedal all the way to get the same effect...if like saying stomp on the pedal in eco mode to get the desired effect of 50% in Sport+.
Think of pedal commander as Sport++++ depending if you select Green 5(fast&furious) or Red 6 (bu-bye). (Take with a grain of salt) With sprint booster at green 6+ I'm able to catch up to stock huracan and 911s
