Gear Selector options...not crystal

I have a 2023 Sdrive40 with the standard(black plastic) gear selector. After six months of owning it I can't get over how cheap feeling it is in my hand. Are there any other BMW gear selectors that will fit? I don't care for the look of the crystal shifter and knobs so that is a non-starter..no pun intended.
