oem air box
So I am curious If anyone has noticed if the factory airbox the air filter is sitting in has a carbon filter on the inside of the intake side of the plastic air box housing

My brz had the same type of filter for evaporative emissions, there were documented power gains with it removed. I would think it could do the same for the M2. When I looked at my intakes it looked like they were glued in or molded plastic.
