Tire Valve Stem Cap/Plate Frame/Key Fob

A few questions:

I heard the factory-provided tire valve stem caps are just a clear cap. Is this right? If so, is the tire stem black?
Is the M logo plate frame provided with the car? (I wouldnt think so but just confirming)
What type of key fob do we get? Any pictures?

1. Silver stem, silver cap. Very plain.

2. Wasn't in Canada at least.

I believe if you get nitrofil, you get the larger valve stem caps.
