MSS Hybrid HAS Kit - Install + Driving Review

Coming from the G8x M3/M4 we knew the M2 was going to have great handling out of the box, but we did find compared to its bigger brother it did get a little 'busy' when pushing on down a bumpy back road which is so common in the UK.

Having been so impressed by the MSS Hybrid HAS kit with its advanced configuration utilising 2 spring rates on the front and 3 on the rear meaning it can handle rough roads and keep the tyres in contact with the road much more efficiently. This translates in to improved grip and traction.

We were keen to see if this kit could improve the M2, so we fitted one to our own car and then got Imran to take the car for a rip and share his thoughts.

Truthfully we have been massive fans and development partners of MSS for a while, but we genuinely do think this is a great product that turns the already great EDC dampers in to a full coilover style setup.

Is this from the M4 or is this specific for the M2?

I'm interested too. No offense to OP, but retailers can be biased, so I take their reviews with a grain of salt.

Of course! Unfortunately it is impossible to be completely unbiased when also selling the product.

What I can say is regardless of the business Imran would fit them to his own car, and we have the choice to run pretty much any suspension and choose to run this.

Mat Watson from Carwow came to drive our G81 M3, so perhaps that's a bit more impartial?

AutoTopNL have also reviewed the car

It is, we have it in stock on our shelves and currently doing 10% discount for Black Friday.

MSS' website itself isn't that great for product releases as they're more B2B than direct to customer.
