Can I get a CEL P0456 by changing the engine air filter?

I changed the engine air filter on my 2015 535i, and upon startup I got a CEL with code P0456, Evaporative Emission Systems Leak. As far as I know, this doesn't seem possible unless I knocked something.

Any ideas? I carefully re-installed the air box and reset the code, and it stayed off for a couple hundred miles. Then the CEL came back, same code.

Check your gas tank cap. Perhaps not sealing correctly. Issue is minor leak in fuel/evaporation system. Also check post #4 in this post. that purge valve is on the left side of throttle body. Perhaps electrical connection to it become loose when you were working on air box somehow.
