SST Exhaust Control Module Installed
Quick video comparing the 2:
1st - Exhaust in its loudest setting, stock. WOT inputs up to 6,000RPM 2nd - Flaps 100% Open using SST controller. WOT inputs up to 6,000RPM Difference, as you can hear, is not night and day. Couldn’t tell if it’s much louder while driving either. The selling point to me is being able to have a loud exhaust in Efficient, as opposed to turning on Sport+, which is a mode that is far from ideal. Cost me 260 euros shipped to Canada. I cant compare because it was installed with and part of the Valvetronic exhaust. It it is truly fully opened, there should also be a performance benefit, especially in sport/sport + modes. |

Following up.
The car definitely sounds “angrier” when driven. There’s a slight drone from the back end at 120km/h in 6th gear, but not obnoxious. I like it. The sound is really angry now. This in Efficient always. Sport+ would give it the burbles. |
