Rough ride... Tire Pressure or HAS?
Having a hard time with this one. Appreciate any ideas here on my new M2 G87.
Observation Stiff ride even on "comfort" settings. Almost feel like tires are super over inflated. Setup

I have the factory suspension and find it a little harsher than I’d like at times, particularly on uneven pavement. I am at 36psi but think the comfort pressure is more like 32psi.

I'm not expecting a Cadillac by any means but I do feel every little imperfection on the road which doesn't seem right. I've owned many sports cars in my 25yrs driving and this is a first. Literally feels like I'm driving on 65 PSI tires.

Any chance you still have bump stops on the suspension?

So not sure why OP is dismissive of this. Quick check and done. If they’re there, they have to be removed. Simple |

If you are driving in temps below 5C (41F) on the stock summer tyres, the tyres will be rough-riding, noisy and lacking grip. They may also vibrate due to flat spots until they have warmed up. A proper winter tyre will solve that.
